Responsibilities:
By participating in the store's day-to-day operations and supporting the Store Leadership Team, the Key Holder Cast Member ensures that both internal and external guests enjoy "The Best Retail Experience in the World." This is accomplished by providing a consistently high-quality guest experience, developing the Cast, upholding store visual standards, and adhering to established policies and procedures. This is a non-exempt, part-time position.
as Leader on Duty, coaches and inspires Cast Members while upholding a culture that creates exceptional guest experiences both inside and outside the facility. This is accomplished by providing entertainment in the store, encouraging guest participation, and establishing an emotional connection to the brand.
Upholds Disney Store Mission, "Making Mysterious Minutes for Visitors of Any age", through rousing correspondence, honesty and energy for the Brand.
Maintains high performance standards for oneself and others while providing memorable experiences for guests, bolsters others through consistent coaching and feedback, and takes into account the impact of actions on the individual, the team, and the organization.
